Refund policy

At Cutislabs+, due to the hygienic and clinical nature of our skincare products, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

​We only offer a replacement/exchange if you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, subject to the following strict rules:

​Mandatory Unboxing Video Required: To claim an exchange for a damaged or wrong product, you must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video of the parcel. The video must clearly show the shipping label and the opening of the package from start to finish. Without an unboxing video as solid proof, no exchange or claim will be accepted.

​No Return on Opened Products: Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to safety and hygiene reasons.

​Time Limit: Any damage or wrong delivery claim must be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery.

​Shipping Charges: In case of an approved exchange, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping/courier charges. Original shipping fees (Rs. 290) are non-refundable.
